We welcome all animals; great and small to our simple service of blessing in honour of

New to Mission Table

Anglicare Victoria September edition of Imagine magazine: the feature article is about students in rural Victoria who are now able to imagine applying for tertiary study. Scott’s story on the back page is also worth a read.

Anglicare Christmas Catalogue – lots of lovely cards, many with Christian images, at good prices with proceeds going to Anglicare.

Benetas Spring edition of ‘In Good Company’: page 6 about the formation of a choir based on research that links singing together with improved health and wellbeing.

AAA Anglican Aid Abroad September Issue – this is a rather plan looking publication but the material inside is inspiring. Please take a copy home and discover all the hard work done in the name of God for people who are living with immense challenges every day.

Only 80 days until Christmas

and even less until The Combined Churches Christmas Carols in the Regent Theatre – Sunday 14th December 7.30pm

We almost have a full cast for our Nativity Play. If you would like to join in we have a few non-speaking parts left as shepherds or magi.

Can you sew? We need someone or more than one to prepare some costumes for us. Contact Reverend Jo if you can help.

Prayer for The Appointments Board -
Continue to pray for those charged with discerning the candidate for the position of Bishop in our Diocese:
Eternal God, shepherd and guide,
in your mercy give your Church in this diocese of Gippsland a shepherd after your own heart
who will walk in your ways, and with loving care watch over your people.
Give us a leader of vision and a teacher of your truth.
So may your Church be built up and your name glorified;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
